- Beauty and wellness providers often need booking, client and admin tools that feel useful without becoming heavy.
- BuiltBy2 is shaping the product around real service-provider research, with attention on the everyday workflow rather than a generic booking surface.
Challenge
- The product needs to support client booking, provider admin and operational detail while staying calm enough for sole traders to use regularly.

- Product strategy and workflow shaping.
- Backend foundations for booking, availability, client records, payments, notifications and exports.
- UI direction and ongoing interface development across client and provider surfaces.
Design and technical approach
- The product structure starts with practical service-provider workflows, then turns those workflows into client-facing and admin-facing surfaces.
- Technical and product depth can be shared as the product matures, as long as it does not expose private implementation details, commercial terms or availability claims.
